With more than 10 years of experience in the field of clean energy and climate change across advisory, investments and trading, Nitu leads the team at Truesun Energy. The aim of the company is to work towards widespread adoption of solar technology by creating sustainable business models and provide advisory services in the areas related to sustainable development. In the past, she has worked with TATA Cleantech Capital, a JV between IFC and Tata Capital, leading their advisory services and facilitating deal origination for debt financing. She has an experience of working with an equity fund,C-Quest Capital, and a carbon finance firm where she lead the origination and investment decisions for clean energy projects in India.
Prior to this she was with TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) with their Global Environment division, where she worked on several national and international projects related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate policy, technology co-operation and carbon markets.
Nitu has engaged extensively with Government ministries, project developers, international technology providers and financiers to create a convergent platform for implementing climate change solutions across public and private sectors in India. Nitu also serves as a faculty in several MBA and PG Institutes in India. She has authored/co-authored papers, chapters and articles in various leading publications and is active in international policy circles.

RC Goyal
A Chartered Accountant having versatile experience in the Fortune 500 Company viz. Indian Oil Corporation Limited. While at IOC he has had experience of working in a highly competitive market with multi-unit locations, cost effective monitoring, revenue generation, profitability, optimum resource utilization etc. He has appraised, recommended and concurred investment proposals for various large scale projects including feasibility study for acquisition of oil fields under exploration and production department. He also handled additional Charge of Director (Finance & Commercial) in Indian Oil Panipat Power Project Consortium Limited.
He has been instrumental in evaluating Capital Intensive Projects by way of Techno Commercial evaluation and feasibility studies meeting corporate Hurdle Rate of Return and carries an effective leadership style with excellent human resource management, planning & monitoring. Mr Goyal is a Strategic planner with proficiency in Monitoring & Implementing Internal Control Systems for all financial & statutory matters. He is extremely sharp in project and finance planning and is heading these verticals of Truesun Energy.
